I have studied spiritual practices and psychology for over 20 years. During the last decade, mindfulness has been invaluable to me, not only in expanding everyday joy, but also in responding skillfully to multiple life-changing illnesses, including CFS, endometriosis, skin and ovarian cancers, and depression. I started teaching mindfulness in the hopes of sharing this understanding and freedom. I began coaching because I love working 1:1 with others who need a safe space to explore their thoughts and feelings, so they can make their best and truest contributions to the world!
I have a B.A. in psychology from Marist College. I have earned certification as a mindfulness meditation teacher through MMTCP, led by Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield and as a coach through Martha Beck’s ICF-accredited Wayfinder Life Coach Training Program.
Born and educated in New York State’s Hudson River Valley, I now live in Louisiana, on Lake Pontchartrain’s north shore, where I meditate, read, write, make art, sing, play harp, and laugh with my family as much as possible.
