About

I have been fascinated by meditation, psychology, and spiritual practices for most of my life. Mindfulness has been invaluable to me, not only in expanding everyday joy, but also in responding skillfully to multiple life-changing illnesses, including CFS, endometriosis, cancer, and depression. I have B.A. in psychology from Marist College and have successfully completed The Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program led by Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield.  In December 2021, I graduated from Wayfinder Life Coach Training with Martha Beck and expect to be certified in Summer 2022.

Born and educated in New York State’s Hudson River Valley, I now live on Lake Pontchartrain’s north shore in Louisiana where I meditate, read, write, make art, sing, play harp, and laugh with my family as much as possible.

“We offer our blessings and confidence in support of the MMTCP graduates of our worldwide teacher training. We honor the quality of what they have to offer, and the healing and awakening that these teachings and practices bring to our world.”
